VIA Rail is a well-known player in the passenger rail transport sector. VIA owns and operates several types of cars for long-distance intercity transport. Several defects have been detected on the cross beams.
Mandate
The deliverables provided by LDV include:
Conduct a measurement campaign;
Model the subframe;
Prepare a calculation note;
Prepare plans for carrying out repairs;
Produce workshop plans for manufacturing replacement components.
