The requirements
LDV was commissioned by Sport Maska to provide engineering services for the implementation of a stick production line in Mexico.
LDV collaborated with Sport Maska in defining the engineering packages, ensured that Sport Maska's requirements were met and that they met its expectations.
Sport Maska has established its new stick factory in Mexico in accordance with its process requirements while meeting the requirements of local Mexican codes.
The construction of the new plant was completed within budget and on schedule. Effective project management resulted in savings of 31% compared to the initial budget.
