Max-Atlas commissioned LDV Consultants to analyze, identify, evaluate, and prioritize projects to be implemented, and to define the improvement and investment plan required to increase the capacity, productivity, and digitization of manufacturing operations at the Max-Atlas plant.
Mandate
The deliverables provided by LDV include:
Analysis of requirements based on production, volume, and future projections;
Establish optimized production workflows;
Establish a PFEP (Plan For Every Part) for all parts used in the factory;
Analyze cycle times and movements in the factory;
Assessment of spaces for each department;
Procurement process optimization.
