The requirements
LDV Consultants was commissioned by Graymont Bedford to produce detailed engineering for a support structure for two (2) thermal cameras capable of continuously reading the temperature of the shell of the quicklime kilns at the Bedford plant.
Mandate
The deliverables provided by LDV include:
Camera support engineering;
Support for various suppliers: Scan GPR, surveyor, and thermal camera supplier;
3D modeling of thermal camera mounts;
Production of manufacturing plans issued for submission;
Budget estimate to determine the capital required to implement the project.
