LDV was commissioned to perform reverse engineering, develop the replacement sequence, and supply the evacuation cone for the afterburner system conditioning tower on kiln #1.
LDV reverse engineered the existing discharge cone to fit the existing equipment. LDV produced the detailed drawings, coordinated manufacturing, and ensured that the replacement procedure complied with Terrapure Environnement's requirements.
The new drain cone has been put into operation and production has resumed without a hitch. The old cone was replaced according to procedure and on schedule.
