The requirements
This mandate consists of performing detailed engineering work for the implementation of the new “Arc-Air” workshop and tire repair facility. This project was a major challenge for LDV due to the time constraints (engineering + construction) imposed by the client because of the ice conditions and required expertise in several areas of engineering (electrical, mechanical, and civil).
Mandate
The deliverables provided by LDV include:
3D modeling of the building;
Plans for construction of the new building;
Layout drawings for equipment;
P&ID development;
Workshop drawings for roof trusses and other structural elements;
Validation of loads on foundations, walls, and roofs;
Electrical input analysis report;
Electrical connection diagrams/instrumentation/controls;
Layout and wiring of the main control cabinet.
